For those who have yet to have the pleasure… we’re an Irish band and we don’t start playing until the audience buys a round. We always have a great time. Lot’s of laughs. Come on out.
These guys are great. I’ve seen them for many years, and each year the show gets better — even though the premise doesn’t change at all. I’m not sure how they do that.
We had a great show last night! I think our audience really enjoyed the surprise. Thanks to all the fans for the wine!
So much fun I’m going again tonight!
Russell’s becoming quite the guitar player, and the addition of the fiddle is very cool. Go see them.
Great show! Had a lot of fun! Totally worth the $5 to hear THAT song!!!!
Always a great show, and this year you don’t want to miss the big super secret special mystery cover song!!
This was my very first Rogue Performance. I loved the music, and the interaction with the audience. I laughed, I cried, what more can one ask?
Oh…and the best thing in the show? THAT song….
The purity of emotion of Irish folk music is an elevating experience–the moreso with the (moderate) alcohol that fuels Songs 4 Pints. Lead singer Russell Noland’s between-song banter assured the audience that we were in the hands of fine showmen. The humor of a cover of a current pop hit in Irish style added panash to the stateliness of the ancient melodies.
Songs 4 Pints are talented, whimsical, fun, and captivating! As soon as they’ve mushed you up with sweet and salty emotions of a tearful classic ballad, they’ll have you in a belly laugh at they’re beween song banter, or one of their off the top humorous songs, like the jump rope song or THAT song (nope…not tellin’). Songs 4 Pints: it’s hard to have a better time with your knickers on (:
